Make Cardio Workouts More Interesting And Burn Fat Quicker

We all know that cardio workouts can be extremely tedious and drawnout. Well you can scrap lengthy 45 minute workouts on the treadmill or cross trainer, if you break your workouts up throughout the week to three 15 minute short but intense workouts it will encourage fat loss at a greater rate. Now to increase the intensity of your workout start off at a slow pace for a minute then increase it to a higher speed or resistance for a minute then drop back down to the lower setting for another minute, repeat this process for the entire workout to shock your muscles into shape.
