The weight bench features an adjustable back pad from flat to several incline angles as well to work different angles of muscles, imparticular your chest. The leg developer on the front of the bench can also take the weight plates provided so you can get to work on your quads and hamstrings too. It can take users up to the weight of a 100kg with it just been designed primarily for starters.
The beauty of the weight bench is the folding mechanism it provides, if your pushed for space and need to make room then it folds up into itself reducing the area it takes up by half the amount.
The 40kg of weights included consists of 4 x 5kg, 4 x 2.5kg, 2 x 1.25kg and also a 7.5kg barbell to fit onto the bench as well for chest press.
