The Marcy 140kg Olympic Weight Set features an array of high quality cast iron weight plates with an easy grip tri-grip design, there's a large range from 20kg all the way down to 1.25kg included in the set to make it suitable for almost any exercise and weight you require. The smaller plates allow for gradual progression in your training instead of having big leaps in weight that can have a negative effect on your form. The Olympic weight plates are suitable to be used on any piece of Olympic gym equipment with a 2" diameter hole from smith machines, Olympic bars, weight benches you name it they can take it.
